By making a purchase for admission, lodging, or food you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Anyone who attends an activity at Rosedale does so entirely at their own risk and will hold Rosedale, staff, volunteers, and any other entities involved in the production of the activities at Rosedale harmless and not liable for any bodily injury or personal property loss anytime prior to, during, or following the activities.

Rosedale will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten wristbands or tickets (whichever an event requires).  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASONS.  If cancellation occurs due to inlement weather or major emergency, refunds will be given.

Rosedale reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the wristband and/or ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by the Rosedale staff to be disorderly or who fails to comply with these or any other management rules.  Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license.  NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN.

Any person attending an event acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize his/her image or likeness in connection with any publicity of this event.

Occasionally, due to illness or some other reason, a speaker or musician may have to cancel or change time of their appearance.  Rosedale does not guarantee that the schedule will occur as advertised, and is permitted to make changes and substitutions as it deems best.
